Do you have a space for your project or do you need assistance in finding one?

THE PROCESS - CLASSIC AND LIFESTYLE

  1. The first thing you will need to do is contact Wanderlust Photography LLC, by clicking HERE. Together we will discuss your needs and options. Once a plan is set a collaboration agreement will be sent and need to be signed prior to starting the project.
  2. The next step is shipping your product. It’s recommended to try and select the best products if you can, trying to avoid dings, dents, and scratches. Of course, pack each item securely so they don’t get damaged in transit. Its also recommended getting a tracking number. You will have the option to retrieve your product or discard/donate it.
  3. Once we receive your product you will be contacted and we will go over the details of your order and discuss with you any questions or concerns you may have before we start. Once payment is processed the fun begins and we’ll start shooting your photos!
  4. Once your photos are ready and meet our standards for delivery we’ll post them in a private online gallery where you can view and download them immediately.
  5. Additional charges may apply if travel is required.

Do you charge per-photo or per-product?

Per Photo. For Example, If you have two products and you want 3 photos each you will be charged for a total of 6 photos.

Can I get the quantity rate if I have many smaller projects?

Rates decrease with a larger order because it is more efficient to shoot one large project than it is to shoot several smaller projects. Because of this, each project is priced separately based on the size of each order.

What are my payment options?

We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal.

What happens to my product(s) after the session?

There are three Options for your product once finished. You can either pay to have the product shipped back to you (USA ONLY), if your local you can pick your product up or you can have your product donated or discarded.

I have a product that is very large. Can you shoot it?

Please contact to discuss larger products. As of right now, we focus on smaller products but might be able to help.

How long does the process take?

Most projects are delivered in about 3 weeks, excluding holidays, from when we receive your products and payment. If your project involves a large number of photos this may add to the production time.

What if I am not 100% satisfied with my results?

If a mistake was made and your not 100% satisfied we want to make it right. We will gladly re-shoot or edit the photos to make them right, no charge. Re-shoots for artistic or editorial reasons, or resulting from client error or omission will be quoted at the time of the change request.
